CNC Machinist

We are actively seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Dahlonega, GA. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines, programming, and ensuring the precision and quality of the parts produced. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and blueprints.
• Program CNC machines for various machining tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are being produced to exact tolerances and specifications.
• Inspect and test machined parts to ensure quality control standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory management and ensure proper storage of materials.
• Follow safety protocols and report any safety concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification in CNC machining is a plus).
• Previous experience operating CNC machines is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in machining processes.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Familiarity with CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code) and machinery.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
