Experienced
Labor Finders of Austell is seeking an experienced HVAC technician. As an HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in both residential and commercial buildings. You will also diagnose and troubleshoot various issues.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure HVAC systems are operating efficiently.
- Perform warranty services.
- Provide technical direction and on-the-job training.
- Respond to HVAC system complaints.
- Install electrical components and wiring.
- Inspect and test HVAC systems and components.
- Discuss system malfunctions with customers.
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
- Perform routine maintenance.
Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret control logic diagrams, wiring schematics, and written instructions.
- Understanding of company pricing.
- Capability to generate customer invoices.
- Skill in building trust and rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in following blueprints, specifications, and manufacturer instructions.
HVAC technicians work with complex mechanical equipment and must comply with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
