We are looking for an experienced Tractor Operator for a local turf and grass farm. The ideal candidate will be able to comfortably drive and operate a tractor, assist with landscaping maintenance duties, manage and maintain equipment as well as other related tasks as needed. Must be able to work full time hours Monday through Friday. Must be able to work in outdoor conditions. Must be able to lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain farming equipment
- Manage soil, planting, fertilizing, irrigation and harvesting requirements
- Monitor the health of the turf and grass
- Ensure that safety and environmental standards are met
Qualifications:
- Previous tractor operator experience preferred
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Strong work ethics
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Skills:
- Strong mechanical skills or heavy equipment experience
- Knowledge of turf grass varieties, fertilizers and pest management
- Previous tractor operator experience
- Landscaping experience
