Job Summary:
Labor Finders of Austell is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. This is a part-time, on-site role ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and hands-on experience using QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Responsibilities:
Manage office tasks, including filing, answering phones, and organizing documents
Use QuickBooks to handle invoicing, track expenses, and reconcile accounts
Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping
Support scheduling, email correspondence, and general admin duties
Maintain organized and accurate digital and paper records
- Work closely with the office manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Must be able to reliably commute to Lithia Springs, GA
Proven experience using QuickBooks (minimum 1 year preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a small business or office environment
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices
Experience handling vendor payments and tracking receipts
