Pay: $19–$28/hr (based on experience)

We are seeking experienced and dependable Ironworkers for a temp-to-perm opportunity in the Columbus area. This role involves hands-on metal fabrication, welding, and installation work in both shop and field environments.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and install iron and steel components such as gates, railings, structural pieces, and custom metal products
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
• Cut, grind, weld, and fit metal materials using hand and power tools
• Assist with loading, unloading, and positioning materials on job sites
• Perform field installation and ensure proper alignment and secure connections (bolting/welding)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all safety procedures

Requirements:

• Experience in ironwork, welding, fabrication, or similar trade preferred
• Ability to use tools such as grinders, torches, welders, and measuring equipment
• Comfortable working outdoors and in physically demanding conditions
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
