Roofing Sales Representative (Commission-Only)

Our company is expanding, and we are looking for highly motivated Roofing Sales Representatives to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are driven, customer-focused, and ready to earn based on performance.
Position Overview:
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales and acquiring new clients within your assigned territory. This position offers an excellent commission-based pay structure with the potential to grow your earnings as you progress through four sales levels. You will be provided with a company car to facilitate client meetings and job site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, generate, and close roofing sales within your assigned area.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Provide accurate estimates and proposals to clients.
- Advise clients on roofing solutions that meet their needs.
- Conduct on-site evaluations and inspections of potential roofing projects.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Attend company meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Commission-based pay only; the more you sell, the more you earn!
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (company car provided).
- Fluency in Spanish (required) – ability to communicate clearly and effectively with Spanish-speaking customers.
- Clean background check (required).
- Ability to work independently and self-manage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about sales.
Compensation:
- Commission-based pay structure with no base pay.
- Four position levels with increases based on sales performance and achievement. As you meet your sales goals, you will move up the levels, earning more for each sale and unlocking additional benefits.
- Company car provided for client meetings and job site visits.
