Production Associate- Sand Line

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking Production Associates to join our team in Brooksville for a physically demanding and fast-paced role on the sand line. This position involves consistent lifting of 30–50 lbs, working in the sand room filling bags, and supporting general assembly line operations. Candidates with previous production or manufacturing experience and forklift experience are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently lift and move bags weighing 30–50 lbs throughout the shift

• Work in the sand room, filling and preparing sand bags for packaging

• Assist on the assembly line to maintain efficient production flow

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks when necessary (if certified)

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse settings preferred

• Forklift experience highly preferred; certification is a plus

• Comfortable with repetitive lifting of 30–50 lbs

• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

• Punctual, dependable, and a collaborative team player

• Must have a clean background
