Position Overview:

We are currently seeking Production Associates to join our team in Brooksville for a physically demanding and fast-paced role. This position can involve consistent lifting of 30–50 lbs, working in the sand room filling bags, working on a liquid production line, and supporting general assembly line operations. Candidates with previous production or manufacturing experience and forklift experience are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently lift and move bags weighing 30–50 lbs throughout the shift

• Work in the sand room, filling and preparing sand bags for packaging or working on the bottling line

• Assist on the assembly line to maintain efficient production flow

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks when necessary (if certified)

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse settings preferred

• Forklift experience highly preferred; certification is a plus

• Comfortable with repetitive lifting of 30–50 lbs

• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

• Punctual, dependable, and a collaborative team player

• Must have a clean background
