Job Summary

Manufacturing employees support daily production operations by handling materials, assembling products, operating basic equipment, quality inspection, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Load, unload, move and organize parts and finished products
  • Assemble products or components according to instructions
  • Operate basic production machinery as trained
  • Quality inspection
  • Meet reasonable production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures
  • Assist coworkers and supervisors with other production-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or material-handling experience is a plus, but not always required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, push. and pull materials as required by the position up to 50lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks as required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Willingness to learn new processes and equpiment
