Requirements:

  • Certification: EPA Certification or equivalent HVAC certification required

  • Experience: 1–3 years hands-on field experience

  • Background: Clean criminal background check (important for residential/commercial property access) -- Clean MVR
     

Job Duties:

  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems

  • Diagnosing system issues and working independently or with a team

  • Reading blueprints and following safety standards
