Labor Finders is hiring dependable and hardworking Waste Management Laborers to assist with trash and recycling collection services. This physically demanding role involves working outdoors and supporting the sanitation team with timely, safe, and efficient collection of waste materials from residential and commercial locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Ride on the back of garbage or recycling trucks to assist with curbside collection
Lift, carry, and empty trash cans or bins into the truck
Assist driver with navigating routes and safe operations
Clean up debris around collection areas as needed
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Must be dependable and able to work early morning shifts
Steel-toed boots and PPE required (provided if needed)
Previous experience in waste management or general labor is a plus
