We are seeking a motivated and friendly Bilingual Customer Service Representative!  In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while handling various administrative and support tasks. As a key member of our customer service team, your responsibilities will include answering inbound calls, assisting customers with their orders, and ensuring all paperwork is filed accurately and promptly.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Assist customers with placing and managing orders.

  • Provide product information, resolve inquiries, and offer solutions to customer concerns.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • File and organize customer paperwork efficiently.

  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to support a diverse customer base.

  • Ensure that all customer issues are addressed promptly and follow up as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish 

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or other office software.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
