Bilingual Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Bilingual Customer Service Representative! In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while handling various administrative and support tasks. As a key member of our customer service team, your responsibilities will include answering inbound calls, assisting customers with their orders, and ensuring all paperwork is filed accurately and promptly.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with placing and managing orders.
Provide product information, resolve inquiries, and offer solutions to customer concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
File and organize customer paperwork efficiently.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to support a diverse customer base.
Ensure that all customer issues are addressed promptly and follow up as needed.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or other office software.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
