Duties:
- Provide administrative assistance to management and other team members.
- Prepare reports as needed.
- Answering phones and emails
- Cross train in other office roles
- Extensive experience with Excel and Office
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Possess strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to maintain a positive and professional work environment
