Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Electrician with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical work. The ideal candidate should have a college background, their own set of tools, and reliable transportation. A strong willingness to learn and grow within the trade is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components

  • Work under the supervision of licensed electricians and follow safety protocols

  • Troubleshoot basic electrical issues and support senior team members on complex tasks

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site

  • Follow all local, state, and national electrical codes

Qualifications:

  • College background (trade-related or general studies accepted)

  • Minimum of 1 year hands-on electrical experience (residential or commercial)

  • Strong willingness to learn and take direction

  • Must own basic electrician hand tools

  • Reliable personal transportation to travel to job sites

  • Good communication skills and a team-player attitude

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various environments

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Enrollment in or completion of an apprenticeship program

  • OSHA 10 or 30 Certification

  • Familiarity with NEC code.
