About the Company:

We are a busy and reputable custom cabinet shop specializing in high-end residential and commercial cabinetry. With a focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, we are seeking a full-time, experienced Cabinet Builder to join our skilled team.

Responsibilities:

• Build custom cabinets from start to finish using shop drawings, plans, and cut lists

• Operate woodworking equipment including table saws, jointers, planers, edge banders, and routers

• Assemble cabinet components using glue, screws, dowels, and other joinery methods

• Ensure all builds meet company quality standards and specifications

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Work collaboratively with shop team and communicate clearly with project managers

• Follow all safety procedures and shop policies

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience building cabinets in a professional shop environment

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings and Read a tape measure

• Strong knowledge of cabinet construction methods and materials

• Skilled with hand and power tools

• High attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Reliable transportation to and from the shop

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctuality

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with custom or high-end cabinetry

• Familiarity with CNC machinery (optional)

• Understanding of cabinet hardware installation
