Position Summary:
We’re looking for a dynamic and reliable Food Services Assistant who can confidently handle multiple roles — from food prep and line cooking to customer interaction and service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy kitchen, works well under pressure, and leads by example.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and assist in daily food prep duties
Cook and assemble meals on the line with speed, accuracy, and attention to presentation
Serve guests with a friendly, professional attitude
Maintain a clean and organized work environment following all food safety protocols
Restock kitchen and service stations as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen and front-of-house operations
Take initiative and provide guidance to less experienced staff when needed
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of experience in a commercial kitchen or food service environment preferred
Comfortable working across all areas of food service (prep, cooking, customer service)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
Positive attitude and a team-first mentality
Willingness to lead by example and take initiative during busy shifts
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Food Handler’s Certificate (or ability to obtain one) is a Plus
