Labor Finders is seeking reliable and motivated General Laborers to join our team! This is a great opportunity for individuals who are hardworking, dependable, and ready to get to work in a fast-paced environment. General Laborers will assist in a variety of tasks depending on the job assignment, including warehouse work, construction site cleanup, loading/unloading, and more.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

  • Assist with site clean-up and general maintenance

  • Move, stack, and organize materials in warehouses or job sites

  • Operate basic hand tools and follow safety procedures

  • Support skilled tradespeople as needed

  • Perform repetitive physical tasks (e.g., lifting, carrying, bending, standing for long periods)


     

    Requirements:

  • Must be dependable and punctual

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly

  • Comfortable working outdoors and in varying conditions

  • Steel-toed boots and additional PPE may be required depending on the assignment

  • Previous general labor or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
