Labor Finders is currently hiring a dedicated and experienced Farm Hand for placement at  a well-established operation specializing in strawberries, blueberries, cattle, and hay production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage crop inputs for strawberries and blueberries including irrigation, fertigation, and crop protection.

  • Operate spraying equipment for crop care.

  • Oversee inventory of production materials such as fertilizers and spray materials.

  • Maintain and coordinate repairs for farm equipment, including tractors, power units, and wells.

  • Assist with the harvest of strawberries and blueberries.

  • Support daily cattle operations (feeding, watering, calving, working cows, and fencing).

  • Maintain and manage pastures for hay and cattle, including mowing, weed/pest control, and fertilization.

  • Assist in managing housing for seasonal harvest crews (10 housing units).

  • Support cooler operations during strawberry season as needed.

Position Details:

  • Full-time opportunity.

  • Average of 50 hours per week during peak seasons.

  • Pay based on experience.
