Responsibilities 
Answer phones: Answer and make calls for office employees
Greet clients: Welcome clients and direct them to the right person or office
Schedule meetings: Schedule meetings for employees and agents
Maintain office supplies: Keep office supplies stocked
Maintain reception area: Keep the reception area clean and organized
File documents: File and maintain office documents
Follow up with clients: Follow up with potential clients
Help prepare properties: Help prepare properties for viewings and open houses
Provide administrative support: Provide administrative support to sales and property management departments
