Trash can Distribution

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to join our team as a Trash Can Unloader in Lincolnton, GA. The primary responsibility of this position is to unload trash cans from the truck and place them at designated locations. This is an important role that ensures trash collection services are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload Trash Cans: Safely unload trash cans from the collection truck.
• Placement: Transport and place the trash cans at the designated areas as directed by supervisors or clients.
• Ensure Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and practices while handling heavy bins and working in outdoor environments.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the loading area clean and free from debris. Ensure trash cans are properly positioned for easy access.
• Assist with Other Tasks: Support the team with other duties as needed, including moving containers, lifting, and assisting with trash collection when necessary.
• Report Issues: Immediately report any equipment issues or damage to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift heavy trash cans (up to 50lbs) regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks in varying weather conditions.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Prior experience in a labor or warehouse role is a plus, but not required.

Working Conditions:

• This job requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physical labor is required, including bending, lifting, and walking.
• Full safety gear, such as gloves and reflective vests, will be provided.
