Labor Finders is seeking experienced and certified Boom Lift and Skid Steer Operators for immediate job openings. These positions are ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Boom Lift Operator:

Safely operate boom lifts to move personnel and materials to elevated work areas
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
Work with ground crews to complete construction or maintenance tasks
Follow all site-specific and OSHA safety guidelines

Skid Steer Operator:

Operate skid steer equipment to move dirt, debris, and materials
Load and unload equipment or materials as needed
Conduct routine checks and maintenance on equipment
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

Valid certification to operate Boom Lift and/or Skid Steer (OSHA or equivalent)
Proven experience operating heavy equipment in construction or industrial settings
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with the team
Physically fit to perform the duties of the job, including lifting and maneuvering materials
Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
