We are seeking a motivated General Laborer for a local turf and grass farm. The candidate for this position must be hardworking and comfortable with working outdoors in various weather conditions. This candidate must have the ability to lift heavy objects. This position is full time, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with soil preparation, planting, fertilization, harvesting and other similar duties
- Ability to perform various farm duties as needed
- Mowing and maintaining health of turf and grass
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Assist with loading and unloading
- Follow safety rules and regulations
- Have reliable transportation
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift heavy objects
- Ability to load and unload
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Have a strong physical stamina
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
- Have a strong work ethic combined with a willingness to learn
