Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic Technician to join a team at a Brooksville manufacturing facility. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including installation, service, preventative maintenance, and repair of complex machinery, plant equipment, and facility systems.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of machine tools, plant equipment, and building systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and welding-related issues

• Conduct inspections and diagnose equipment malfunctions

• Analyze failures and implement corrective actions

• Operate hand tools and diagnostic devices (voltage, ampere meters, etc.)

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

• Collaborate effectively within a team setting

 Requirements:

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field

• Working knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques used in equipment repair

• Ability to work under moderate supervision and complete tasks to standard

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Must have a clean background

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
