Industrial Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Mechanic Technician - must be able to perform a variety of duties involving the installation, maintenance and preventative maintenance, service, and repair to complex components parts of machine tools, plant equipment, facilities, and buildings.

1. Beyond the proficient fields, assignments are considered of average complexity and performed under moderate supervision; must have the ability to complete job duties at an acceptable level. This position is responsible for problem identification and troubleshooting. Participates effectively in a team environment.
2. Repairs, maintains, replaces, installs, and tests a variety of equipment that may include the following systems: electrical/electronic systems, circuits and equipment, mechanical systems, pneumatics/hydraulic systems, facility maintenance, and welding. Inspects equipment and diagnoses trouble or malfunctions. Analyzes equipment failures, determines cause, and makes necessary adjustments.
3. Knowledgeable in operation of hand tools, voltage, and ampere measuring devices. Ability to read and work on blueprints, drawings, sketches, and layouts. Must have working knowledge of techniques, materials, tools, and equipment used
