Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and cranes. The operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating equipment to perform various tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, backhoes, loaders, and cranes.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment.
• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and job site instructions.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Adhere to deadlines and complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
• Valid driver’s license and certification to operate heavy equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and practices.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
