Position Title: Office Assistant

Position Summary:
Waycross is seeking a motivated, task-oriented Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience and provide excellent customer service, maintain organized records, and assist with administrative duties to ensure the office runs efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and direct calls appropriately.
  • Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Perform typing and general administrative duties.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems and records.
  • Organize, file, and retrieve documents as needed.
  • Keep the office and work area clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Assist with miscellaneous office tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous office or administrative experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including data entry and word processing.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
