Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our housing maintenance team in Columbus, GA. This full-time position involves performing plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance for residential properties. Candidates must be dependable and available for occasional on-call service requests.
Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential units
• Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, and piping
• Clear drains and address sewer line issues
• Perform routine plumbing maintenance and inspections
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Respond to on-call maintenance requests as needed
• Maintain tools and keep job sites clean and organized

Requirements:

• Proven plumbing experience (residential preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments

Compensation & Schedule:

• $18–$22 per hour depending on experience
• Full-time, steady employment
• Monday–Friday schedule with on-call responsibilities
