Labor Finders is seeking hardworking, reliable, and motivated candidates for a variety of outdoor roles including Landscape Laborer, Irrigation Technician, and Grounds Maintenance Worker. These positions are ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, have experience with landscaping or irrigation systems, and can work effectively in a team to maintain and beautify outdoor spaces.

Available Positions:

  • Landscape Laborer

  • Irrigation Technician

  • Grounds Maintenance Worker

Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems

  • Planting, trimming, and maintaining trees, shrubs, grass, and flower beds

  • Operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers

  • Laying sod, mulch, and other landscaping materials

  • Diagnosing and resolving irrigation system issues (leaks, clogs, timer problems)

  • Performing seasonal cleanups and lawn care

  • Ensuring safe use of tools, equipment, and machinery

  • Following job site instructions and completing tasks efficiently and safely

     

    Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Previous experience in landscaping, irrigation, or grounds maintenance preferred

  • Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and landscaping tools/equipment

  • Ability to lift heavy materials, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform physical labor for extended periods

  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork skills

  • Valid driver’s license may be required for some positions
