Construction
Key Responsibilities:
Perform physical labor on various construction sites including cleanup, material handling, and equipment operation
Assist with concrete work, including forming, pouring, and finishing flatwork and structures
Carry out general utility tasks, such as trenching, pipe laying, and working around underground water/sewer/storm lines
Support civil construction, including roadwork, excavation, grading, and infrastructure projects
Complete basic electrical work, such as running conduit, pulling wire, installing fixtures, and assisting licensed electricians
Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely and effectively
Travel to job sites outside of the local area for extended projects
Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
Required Experience and Qualifications:
General Construction: Site work experience including framing, demolition, assisting trades, and working with tools
Concrete Experience: Proficient in forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
Preferred:
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
CDL or ability to operate heavy equipment
Prior experience on commercial or industrial job sites
General Utilities: Background in underground utility work (water, sewer, storm systems)
Civil Work: Familiarity with site development, road building, and earthwork
Electrical Work: Experience in basic electrical tasks such as conduit installation, wiring, and supporting electrical teams
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and stand for long periods
Willing and able to travel out of state for up to several weeks at a time
Valid ID and reliable transportation
