Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment and a strong work ethic. Experience operating CNC machines is a plus. This role involves supporting production operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general warehouse production duties including assembly, packaging, and material handling
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently (CNC experience is a plus)
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with inventory management and stock organization
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or production experience required
• Experience with CNC machines preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
