Skilled Carpentry

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and be comfortable working on construction sites. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople. The Carpenter will be responsible for executing a range of construction and remodeling projects, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and code. 

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry tasks such as trim work, framing, drywall repairs, door hanging, and remodeling.
• Execute caulking and construction painting as needed for finishing touches.
• Lay tiles and assist with water damage restoration projects.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for various carpentry applications.
• Construct concrete forms for foundations or other structures as required.
• Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential or commercial settings.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of trim work, caulking, door hanging, remodeling, tile laying, construction painting, water damage restoration, and concrete forming.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day.
• Have own tools
