FARM LABORER

Job Title: Farm Hand

Location: MACON GA
Employment Type: FULL-TIME / TEMP TO HIRE
Compensation: 16.00 HRLY
Start Date: ASAP

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops

• Feed and care for livestock (if applicable)

• Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery

• Perform general maintenance, fencing, and repair work around the farm

• Assist with cleaning, organizing, and other daily farm duties

• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols

Qualifications:

• Previous farm or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks

• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
