You will work closely with the Director of Construction to identify and address construction needs, whether it involves overseeing an entire project or focusing on specialized phases, including rehab and renovation work as required.

We are seeking a Senior Field Supervisor to oversee assigned construction sites and manage contractors and sub-contractors throughout all phases of residential construction. You will work closely with the Director of Construction to identify and address construction needs, whether it involves overseeing an entire project or focusing on specialized phases, including rehab and renovation work as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple assigned homes, ensuring all phases of construction meet company standards and Florida Building Code requirements.
- Supervise and train volunteer crews, ensuring a safe working environment through proper tool usage and safety training.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain tools and equipment, prepare daily materials and task lists, and secure worksites.
- Provide daily progress reports to the Director of Construction and attend company meetings.
- Lead multiple construction projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure job sites are secure, particularly during storm actions or disaster plans.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction and 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to train and manage semi-skilled and unskilled volunteers.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PROCORE.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong customer relations skills in dealing with subcontractors, suppliers, and permitting inspectors.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods, kneeling, and climbing.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check, drug screening, and sexual offender check.
- Construction environment with exposure to various weather conditions.
- Flexibility for fieldwork, evening meetings, and special events preparation.
- Occasional night and weekend work as required.
